Whittlesea Eagles

Whittlesea Eagles

Whittlesea Bowls Club was founded in 1955 in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. The club has developed into one of Melbourne’s premier bowls clubs, with the club recently undergoing a multimillion dollar redevelopment. One of the larger bowls clubs in Victoria with over 200 full bowling members and 5000 social members, the club affectionately known as the Eagles have a strong focus on the community and support of the local Whittlesea area. The Eagles enter the UBC with enthusiasm with the signing of former Australian champion Matt Flapper and Victorian representative Nick McIntyre to lead the team in the 2019 season. The partnership of Flapper and McIntyre, Victorian teammates and close mates will be tough to beat in 2019.
